Refund Policy

Effective date: March 8, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refund requests, and billing disputes are handled for Beamtune. It works together with our Pricing page and Terms of Service.

1. Cancellation and Refunds Are Not the Same

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for fees that were already charged.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • For monthly or recurring subscriptions, you may also request a refund within 14 calendar days of the most recent renewal charge.
  • Requests submitted after that 14-day window are outside this policy.

3. How To Request a Refund

Send your request to support@beamtune.ai. Include the billing email tied to the subscription and the invoice number or charge reference, if available, so we can identify the purchase quickly.

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Payment Partners and Chargebacks

We do not currently use an external merchant-of-record payment processor. If a payment partner is introduced later, this policy and the public subprocessor register will be updated before that processing becomes active.

5. Policy Updates

If we update this policy, the latest version will be published at this canonical URL and reflected in the public legal navigation package.
